2. For what purpose do we process your data?

In termatalia, we treat the data you have provided us with the following purposes:

a) Send information directly related to your participation in the salon where you are accredited.

b) Send promotional and/or advertising information about our salons and the activities that we carry out, even by electronic means.

c) Provide help and resolve your queries through the Forms included in the websites of the salons, so we will contact you at the telephone number and/or email you have provided us.

d) Register your email to receive the newsletter that we periodically deliver to our clients, only if you have expressly requested it.

e) Management, where appropriate, of our contractual relationship including the processing of the participation request and corresponding participation contract, management of invoices and payments, monitoring of payments in the event that these have not been made effective on the agreed date , customer loyalty and service quality surveys.

f) In order to be able to offer you products and/or services in accordance with your interests and improve your user experience, we will prepare a commercial customer profile based on the information provided. In no case will automated decisions be made based on said profile.

g) Maintenance of lists of no commercial shipments in case you have informed us that you do not want to receive promotional/advertising information electronically.

h) Maintenance of data deletion/cancellation lists in case you have exercised your right to cancel your data. These data will be kept blocked and with restricted access during the minimum established legal term.

i) Allow the operation of our websites, through technical and functional cookies as detailed in our cookie policy

3. How long will we keep your data?

Your data will be kept:

1. During the minimum legal time possible (eg: if there are billings for services or products).

2. In case of requests for information or consultation: as long as they are necessary to respond to it.

3. For newslettersubscribers, they will be deleted at the time of the unsubscription request.

4. What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

Depending on the type of business relationship and/or relationship with us, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data may be:

• Your consent, given at the time of voluntarily providing your data in our forms and accepting the processing of your data in the corresponding box (eg: Sending advertising from our salons)

• However, we can process your data based on the existing contractual relationship between the parties as a result of your participation in an event organized by Termatalia (eg: Formalization of the participation contract).

Legitimate interestwill serve as a legal basis for the processing of your data when browsing websites (eg: browsing our web pages)

Legal obligation, included in the European Data Protection Regulation and in the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce LSSI (eg: blocking your data and listing of non-commercial shipments)

5. To whom will we communicate your data?

a) The data of the consultation forms will not be delivered to any third party. They are only treated internally in Termatalia.

b) When Termatalia provides a service through a third-party provider company, your data will be communicated to this company, with a strict obligation of confidentiality and prior formalization of the corresponding contract for the provision of services between the Data Controller (EXPOPURENSE) and the Data Controller. Treatment (supplier company)

c) For the subscribers of the newsletter, the data will not be transferred, it will be processed by a third company that is the one who manages the newsletter, with which the due service provision contract has been signed as Treatment Manager.

In case of transfer of your data to third countries, we ensure to give the maximum privacy and security to the data of our clients. In this sense, most of our suppliers and collaborators are within the EEA (European Economic Area). In the event that any of them is located outside this area, if it is the USA, it must be covered by the Privacy Shield or in a country with an adequate level of protection in accordance with the criteria of the European Commission. In the case of other countries that do not have laws as strict as European legislation, we apply standard contractual clauses in accordance with the Decision of the European Commission of February 5, 2010.

Termatalia guarantees that under no circumstance does it sell, offer and/or market the data of its clients.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain clear and understandable information about whether their personal data is being processed at termatalia.

Interested persons have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request the deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was delivered, as well as withdraw the consent granted. The exercise of oppositionto the processing of your data for the sending of advertising information electronically. You can also exercise your right to limitation of treatment, so that your data will not be deleted but the treatment of the same will be subject to limitations.

The portability and decision automation exercises do not apply in this case due to the type of data and their treatment.
