Physical Assessment and Wellness – CIFP A Farixa: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00–6:00 PM · CGIFP Stand
Station 1 · Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as resting heart rate, using an automatic blood pressure monitor.
Station 2 · Hand Grip Strength Grip strength test using a hand dynamometer to obtain a simple measurement of maximum hand strength.
Station 3 · Flexibility Sit and Reach Test to assess posterior chain flexibility using a dedicated measurement bench.
Station 4 · Anthropometry and Body Composition Measurement of height and weight, together with a body composition assessment using bioelectrical impedance, providing basic indicators such as Body Mass Index (BMI) and an estimated body composition analysis.

Hydrothermal Facial Treatments Demonstrations of facial care techniques based on hydrotherapy, focused on wellness and skin care..
Hydrothermal Body Treatments Body applications showcasing thermal beauty techniques in a supervised educational environment.
Live Demonstrations Throughout the day, students will alternate between the different treatments, taking on the roles of therapist, client, and assistant under the supervision of their instructors.
