Foz de Iguaçu is known globally for the Waterfalls of Iguazú, one of the seven wonders in the nature of the world. It is one of the main destinations in Brazil, in the triple border with Argentina and Paraguay.

The city marks the meeting of the waters of two important Brazilian rivers: Iguaçu, which form the marvelous waterfalls, and de Panamá River, tenth in the world in water volume that move the turbines of the biggest hydroelectric power production factory in the world, the Itaipu Binacional, shared between Brazilian a Paraguayan.

Beyond those two big rivers, Iguaçu and Paraná, the city has in her undergrown the aquifer of Guaraní, the biggest existing undergrown freshwater reserve in South America; it is one of the largest in the world. On the thermal waters of the Aquifer Guaraní, with their therapeutics properties, minerals and medicinal, is where is our big potential to the thermalism.

Therefore, to receive Termatalia it will be a big opportunity to develop the thermal, health and welfare tourism. It will be the point of marketing inflexion which we need to discover Foz de Iguaçu as a thermal destination.
